YMSecretary is a private coordination tool for a single Young Men’s youth organization. By creating an account and using the app, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You sign in through our identity provider (WorkOS) and your account must be approved by an organization administrator. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
SMS messaging program
If you provide a mobile number and check the consent box during registration, you agree to receive text messages from YMSecretary, including one-time verification codes and notifications about your assignments and youth activities.
- Message frequency varies (typically a few messages per week).
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time; reply HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using the app — you may choose email instead.
Acceptable use
Use the app only for its intended purpose of coordinating your organization’s assignments and activities. Do not misuse the service or attempt to access data belonging to others.

The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from its use.
